Delivery Options
   •    Local Delivery (Washington, DC only)

Delivery Fees & Minimums
   •    Minimum order for delivery: $50
   •    Delivery fee: $20 for orders between $50–$199.99
   •    Free delivery: Orders of $200 or more
   •    Orders under $50 are not eligible for delivery

Pickup Orders

Pickup is available for eligible orders. Pickup instructions, location, and timing will be provided after order confirmation.

Age Verification (21+ Only)

Valid identification is required at pickup.

All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase.

After placing an order, customers are required to:
   •    Send a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID
   •    Send a selfie holding the same ID

⚠️ Failure to provide both ID verification photos will result in the order being canceled and no transaction will be completed.

Accepted Identification
   •    Valid Driver’s License
   •    State-issued ID
   •    Passport

ID must be unexpired and clearly legible.

 

Delivery Requirements
   •    The name on the order must match the ID provided
   •    Recipient must be present at delivery
   •    ID will be verified again at the time of delivery or pickup
   •    No third-party acceptance of orders is allowed

 

Order Refusal & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
   •    Age or identity cannot be verified
   •    Required verification photos are not submitted
   •    Delivery address is outside Washington, DC
   •    Customer is not present with valid ID at delivery
