  • Do I need a medical card?

No medical card is required for adult-use purchases.

  • How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply browse our menu, add items to your cart, and choose delivery or pickup at checkout.

  • Can I place an order by phone or text?

At this time, we encourage online ordering for accuracy and faster service. Contact us if you need assistance with your order.

  • Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, minimum order requirements may apply for delivery. Pickup orders typically do not have a minimum. Please check our menu or checkout page for current details.

Delivery
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery within Washington, DC for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

  • What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Washington, DC. Delivery outside DC is not permitted.

  • How long does delivery take?

Delivery times typically range from 60–120 minutes, depending on order volume, traffic, and location.

  • Do I need to be present to receive my delivery?

Yes. The person who placed the order must be present, show valid ID, and accept the delivery in person.

  • Is delivery discreet?

Absolutely. All deliveries are made in unmarked vehicles with discreet packaging.

Pickup
  • How does pickup work?

Place your order online, select pickup at checkout, and you’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready.

  • Where are you located?

Our pickup location will be provided after your order is confirmed. Please bring your ID and order confirmation.

  • How long do you hold pickup orders?

Pickup orders are typically held for the same business day unless otherwise arranged.

Payment
  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and other approved payment options as permitted by DC regulations. Payment details are shown at checkout.

  • Are tips accepted?

Tips are appreciated but never required.

  • Do you sell to anyone under 21?

No. Strict ID verification is required for all orders—no exceptions.

  • Can I order from outside DC?

No. Orders must be placed and fulfilled within Washington, DC only.

  • Can I return or exchange products?
